Holistic Approach:

As an empath, intuitive and holistic practitioner Savannah is well versed in a number of different approaches to help you change your mindset and life. If you are open to holistic approaches Savannah encourages the use of mindfulness, meditation and breathwork. Ideally, the point of this therapeutic is not to give you more labels and medications to help you cope, but rather to get to the root of your struggles and help you totally change the way you think and move throughout your life.
